But people feel the need to react anyway.
Activity creates the illusion of control.
In reality, it creates noise.
Positioning
Positioning matters more than timing.
You don't need to catch every move.
You need to be in the right place when it matters.
That usually means doing less.
Focus
I pay attention to structures, not narratives.
Narratives change quickly.
Attention disappears even faster.
What matters is what continues working
when nobody is watching.
Most of the process is quiet.
And that's exactly how it should be.
